Earlier this week, I've spend two days at the Embarcadero office in Alicante, Spain, where we have one of the Delphi development teams. Below is a picture taken with a group of local developers (and their team leaders, including José León, next to me). We had lots of interesting discussions... and I realized I should learn Spanish (the langauge used at their internal meetings), although I can understand already a lot given the similarities with Italian.
The team has many talented develoeprs, they know the product very well, and are helping advancing it at fast speed. Given they are not far from where I live, I guess I'll get there often.
PS: Despite the limited distance (two hours flight) the 15+ degrees difference was an interesting change from our cold winter.
