The Embarcadero Developer Network has a very nice paper by Andreano Lanusse (CodeGear Latin America Evangelist) listing all of the new features of Delphi 2009 since Delphi 7. The paper has 60 pages and lots of details... although my book on Delphi 2007 and Delphi 2009 combined should provide the same coverage (with the exclusion of the Together material).
