Embarcadero has released the help update 1 for Delphi XE4, with lots of new content including a new tutorial.
The download is available among the registered users downlaods (cc.embarcadero.com/myreg) or directly from cc.embarcadero.com/item/29436. The readme for the help update is available at Help Update 1 for XE4 read me.
New content includes a tutorial on LiveBindings and the ListView control: Tutorial: Using LiveBindings to Fill a FireMonkey ListView.
Marco, I'm just wondering how a content update of ~260K (look into the new tutorial html contents as html+images) made it as ~1GB download ?!?! ... Instead of a big/fat/long-time- install/offline/unresponsive help system I preffer to look diretly into wiki ... and to follow the recent additions: http://docwiki.embarcadero.com/RADStudio/XE4/e/index.php ?title=Special:RecentChanges&limit=2500&days=60 PS: It look like Kris Houser is fighting with a lot of spammers lately if you're looking into the user-cretion docwiki log ...
Please have a look at Qt's Help System. Slim, fast, very responsive, minimum memory footprint. 100% correct hits. Go finally away from the not working MS system. MS itself is not using it anymore.
