I've published a first draft of the source code of my Delphi 2009 Handbook in HTML format. You can see a first tentative result at http://www.marcocantu.com/code/dh2009/default.htm. There are still a few problems with the CSS styles for keywords and strings, the missing comment styles, the initial index... and I'd like to add a symbols cross-reference as I did in the past (see for example the Mastering Delphi 6 source code on the same area of my site).
I hate to admit, but I lost some of the source code I originally used, and also had to rewrite a good part of it against the newer Delphi Open Tools API (OTA) and I still have some issues with it, but that's for another post. I also had problems opening UTF-16 source code files with the TParser class and about 7 or 8 programs (I've removed) stop in the parser with invalid string constant errors I cannot immediately trask (source code line is basically wrong). Another issue is that some files are quite large, due to the inclusion of images in the DFM files.
Finally, there are still a few issues with the generated HTML, both in terms of overall layout and for the missing styles mentioned earlier.
In any case I'd apprecaite any comment you have. Next week I'll travel to the far south of Italy and I'll give a Delphi Prism introductory webinar in Italian, but after that I plan producing a final version.
