Embarcadero has published on its web site an interesting review of All-Access, providing an overview and comparing it with similar offerings (mostly MSDN). It is not meant for programmers, but can be used to convince your boss... (found in a tweet by Ludo).

All-Access Analyst Review
Greetings Marco,
I have greatly enjoyed your writings over the years.
Here is how I made my calculation to go with All-
Access.
First, I added up all the cost, if I were a new
user. It came to over $36,000. So let's just say
35k, to be safe.
Second, I did happen to have purchased Delphi 2007
BDS, so I qualified for the upgrade price.
Third, I was going to purchase Delphi 2009 Architect
and JBuilder 2008 anyway, which came to about $2,500.
Fourth, the discount price I ended up paying was in
the $4,600 range (i don't know where they received
the impression that I was in an iron lung machine ...
just joking).
Fifth, subtract $2,500 from $4,600, and I received a
boat load of enterprise-level software, including
Delphi Prism, ER Studio (great product), etc., for
about $2,100. If I never use half the software, its
still a fantastic buy.
What really sold me was that although it's
an 'Annual' pass, the software keeps working after a
year; you just stop getting free updates. So ... if
I do this every other year, the cost is REALLY low,
if you ask me.
Woo Hoo!!!
See you in San Jose,
Keith
