Having seen this option on Twitter at http://twitter.com/about/resources/followbutton, I've added an official Twitter follow button on my site. You can see it on top of the left menu (while the FeedBurner link sits on the right.
If you click on my name, Twitter offers a nice preview, shown below. I think it is nice, but find it very slow. Well, it's Twitter after all...
