Yesterday, Embarcadero released a new version of Delphi Community Editions and C++Builder Community Edition.

These are free versions of the Embarcadero IDEs made available to non professional developers with a limited license, but they are complete and powerful product editions, with almost no difference from the paid product (safe for the EULA restrictions).

They are aligned with the 13.0 Florence version of the product, released less than a year ago, and offer support for newer mobile platforms and include a 64-bit IDE. For C++, this include a Clang version 20 based compiler.

Please share with any student, hobbyist, retired person who wants to use Delphi for his personal projects... but don't use it as a trial as this is older than the 13.1 trial and should not be installed on company computers if the company is not complaint with the CE rules.
