I just wrote a blog post for Embarcadero explaining how Delphi 11 Enterprise customers can redeem a RAD Server Lite license and the steps to create a deployment package
You can read the blog post on the official Embarcadero blog site at "The New RAD Server Lite (RSLite) in RAD Studio 11".
It took a little extra time to clarify steps and improve the process, and more improvements will be coming in future updates. The ability to deploy unlimited RSLite instances, on a bandwidth limited engine but one that's easy to scale out with the full RAD Server and offering modern architecture, is a good reason to migrate off old DataSnap applications you might be running.
RAD Server has a very nice architecture and the RSLite release should really help more customer leverage this technology.

RAD Server Lite RSLite Announcement Blog Post
The only way this will ever catch on is if it is open-sourced, freed
from Interbase, and the insane license costs go away.
Focus on trying to increase the value of a Delphi license, not create a
brand new way to make Delphi even less attractive financially.

Thanks,
This is an important addition to RadServer indeed especially for
whose learning web technology like me from scratch. So having
the licensing process out the way even if there is a price to pay in
scalability is a good option.
By the way, RAD Server multipart/form-data support was
announced and I guess is implemented in Alexandria version but I
did not find any information how to use this feature of the product.
Also I am also stuck with WebSocket- Is there also a way to
integrate WebSocket a Radserver using and indy middleware.
There was a blog post related to websocket indy server on the
Embarcadro blog site, but I cannot figure out how I can integrate
this with RadServer. Radserver would run beyond Apache (as
apache module). I can imagine that the indy server will be a stand
alone server (exe) that I do not wand expose directly to the web. So
the request from the WebBrowser will be send to the RadServer I
presume and then forward to the Indy WebSocket server with a
change of protocol, but I cannot figure out how to to this.
