Over the last month, Embarcadero has released multiple matches for 10.4.1. Two of these patches are applicable to Delphi, while the third is for C++ only. And one of the patches (the compiler one) comes with an additional installers for Enterprise customers. This is the list of related blog posts:

All patches trigger a message in the RAD Studio IDE Welcome page and are available in GetIt (see below). Notice that if you used the offline installer, you need to use the GetItCmd.exe -c=useonline command line instruction to enable online download and installation.
