While some of the Embarcadero servers are still not working, we have made available some alternative options and blogged about them.
Some of the Embarcadero servers (in one of the web farms) are experiencing some severe and prolonged outage. This is affecting (among other things) Delphi 10.3.2 installation. As a temporary workaround, the company has:
We should soon have the regular GetIt-based offline installer for 10.3.2 working again with the temporary server.
August 1st Update
We now have the ability to install 10.3.2 via GetIt using this temporary system, there is no need to change the GetIt URL manually, as it is embedded in an updated installer. And CodeCentral MyRegistered products is online again with the updated downloads. Read more on the latest status at https://community.idera.com/developer-tools/b/blog/posts/new-10-3-2-getit-installer.
Thanks for your patience and sorry again for the inconvenience.

Installation and GetIt Workarounds for Delphi 10.3.2
Does this server issue also affect earlier editions of the installer and related packages? Such as the Android SDKs.
- I'm guessing, yes?

I frankly have had it with your infrastructure.
Are you sure you did not mean to write it in singular? Like "our single
server".
Why can't a proper IT company have an infrastructure that has at least 1! fail-
over?
You are encouraging cloud use. Well: use it!

I am trying to use that updated installer.
It is giving me the following warnings:
"Previous Installation performed with different Installer
We have detected an existing installation of 10.3 on your system
using the [GetIt Web Installer / Offline ISO Installer], but you are
currently using [opposite].
It is recommended that you use the same installer to proceed with
this installation.
Would you like to continue anyway?"
and then (next dialog):
"... remove RAD Studio 10.3 entries from your registry?
YES/NO (radiobuttons)
Note: it is recommended that you use the same installer (offline
installer or web installer) to re-install an update since the registry
settings will not be compatible"
Can it do any harm to just ignore these warnings?

Installation and GetIt Workarounds for Delphi 10.3.2 Updated
Saw the available web installer which is what I've used previously.
Downloaded it, started it up and successfully uninstalled 10.3.1. Now
it is saying "Problem loading data, Internal server error" during the
Platform Selection". So now I don't even have a working Delphi
install.
Can I successfully use the ISO installer even if I previously used the
web installer?

Installation and GetIt Workarounds for Delphi 10.3.2 Updated
I installed the latest 10.3.2 ISO over the top of an existing Rio
install. Compile/Debug on Windows and Firemonkey works fine.
Next I checked the registry for the new GetIt server URLs and it is
OK.
New problem: GetIt connects to the server OK and runs for about
10-15 seconds. Next it pops up an Application Error dialog that
says:
Exception EReadError in module rtl260.bpl at 00126330. Error
reading Imagelist2.Bitmap: Failed to read ImageList data from
stream.
If you click OK in the error dialog then the entire Rio IDE
terminates.
If you don't click OK, the first few GetIt package icons appear, but
they are non-functional. The IDE eventually crashes.
Any ideas? I really need GetIt to work.

Installation and GetIt Workarounds for Delphi 10.3.2 Updated
Two weeks ago I got this GetIt error, "Excption EReadError... Error reading ImageList2.Bitmap...".
I used the classic solution, uninstalling and reinstalling Delphi and put all the Free packages in GetIt that interested me, leaving my other packages for the next day. The only problem was that the next day would present me with the very same problem, which means I used my weekend for nothing. No solution so far?
