Embarcadero has just announced Delphi 10.3 Release 2, or 10.3.2 for short, as part of RAD Studio 10.3 Release 2.
Embarcadero has just announced Delphi 10.3 Release 2:
https://community.idera.com/developer-tools/b/blog/posts/announcing-the-release-of-delphi-c-builder-and-rad-studio-10-3-2
Most notably, this release adds macOS 64-bit support, with App Store and even Apple Notarization support included from the IDE. But there are many other features available I'll blog about in the coming days,
Some links for now:
That's all for the time being. We are hosting a webinar next week covering the release, as I blogged about yesterday.

All of the sites under the embarcadero domain are having issues, IT
should fix is ASAP.
As for macOS64 not showing up, you might have to manually
refresh the license in the license manager. It should be automatic,
but we have seen some cases in which this didn't' work

I did refresh license, and no changes, it also shows "There were no
license updates found"
I went so far to uninstall everything and installed all from scratch,
with the same result. I see iOS 32-bit, iOS 64-bit, iOS Simulator,
Android, Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit and macOS 32-bit,
nothing about macOS 64-bit at all, but I see the compiler in the bin
folder.

Hey Marco,
When can we expect the next major release for RAD Studio ie.
10.4 ? Just asking.

Guenter Kraemer, it is not an installation issue. It is the IDE that get
confused about the available platforms. I'll check if we have an
official workaround.

Guenter,
and anyone else having issues with macOS 64 platform, if you have
the files installed (taht is, dccosx64.exe in your bin folder), a
workaround is to remove the licence, and reinstall/re-register it. We
are investigating further, but this should help.

Marco,
I deleted my license, added it again, and it list the platform now, but
it wont get any SDK from my MAC.
When I select Tools->Deployment->SDK Manager->Add and then
select as platform macOS 64-bit, select the profile to connect, and it
list "Command Line Tools" as SDK and when I click OK, it does
just nothing. When I select macOS 32-bit, it get the files from my
MAC. Compiling of course fail as 64 bit due to missing SDK for it.

Just a last update: I got now the macOS 64-bit platform listed. What
I did is to remove xcode from the mac, and install the latest 11.4 beta
of xcode. Thanks for your help.

The Embarcadero servers are not available since
24h+! There are no notifications to customers and
any banner on the website that services are down.
Do you think this is a good customer service? You
cannot even make a ticket, because this service is
also down - but you can still buy products.. :D

Mac OS platform is not listed. Removing license and registering
again can lead to all target platforms gone. Please fix the thing and
issue the update.
Also I can not post on forums as it says that my credentials are not
found and when trying to register as new it says that the user already
exists.

Download link appears to be down and based on various updates
for multiple days now. cc.embarcadero.com overall is also timing
out/down.
If Embarcadero in 2019 is unable to provide a reliable download
(surely an easily solvable problem in 2019)
Please post a direct download links for ISO using a reliable cloud
storage provider - IT incompetence is forcing your paying
customers (me) to google the direct links from un-trusted sites

Very impressive...if this (in particular the Mac 64bit) was available 6
months ago I would have renewed my subscription....

If you try and install the Delphi update (if you had previously
downloaded the web install before the problems) and try to install
now (or in the last few days), the update quits when it cannot connect
with the server, which is AFTER IT HAS ERASED YOUR
CURRENT INSTALLATION. If you find a web install, do not
attempt it. You will lose your ability to work.

How do you upgrade the installation. I tried running the
ISO installer and used the default configure mode and it
updated all the files but afterwards the BDS.EXE was
missing. Do I have to uninstall first?
The only thing different on my installation is I have
installed Rio onto drive D.

Confirmed the issue: macOS 64-bit was not listed
after install and was added after removing Delphi
license and adding it back. Definitely the issue
with IDE.

James,
unfortunately you are correct. While GetIt is offline, you can
uninstall but cannot re-install the new version. If anyone got stuck at
that stop, please contact Embarcadero support or email me and we
can provide a workaround (via the ISO install)

The download link does not work. This is ridiculous! "Unable to
complete network request to host
"etnaedndb02.embarcadero.com:3046". Failed to establish a
connection. "
Oh, come on! Is it that hard to make it just work? It's 2019 and this
must be no problem.

Re: Delphi 10.3.2 is Now Available
No - it isn't. It's not listed in the available downloads, and the download link on this page just leads to an error page.
Perhaps you were too anxious to release the version and did not test it properly before doing so? :-)

Delphi 10.3.2 is Now Available
Hi Marco,
thanks for the explanation in regards to the notarization.
I tried it with my application, it worked, but it notarized the .app file.
We create a pkg file via Delphi (by using the setting “Application store” in the configuration). Afterwards we distribute the pkg file via our web site (not through the store).
Is there a way to notarize this pkg file via Delphi or do I have to do the notarization manually in Apple?
Thanks
Thomas
