CodeRage 2007 Virtual Conference by CodeGear Announced

CodeGear has announced its first virtual conference for the second week of March. Mark your calendars.

As already leaked, CodeGear has announced a virtual online conference that will take place in the second week of March, the week after my online seminars. The conference is called CodeRage, an interesting anagram of the CodeGear name. The CodeRage 2007 web site has only limited information for now, but includes the date, March 12-16. Here is the conference logo:

The conference will see technical session by experts (Bob Swart mentioned he'll be there... I guess I'll join him), presentations of new CodeGear products, extensive chats, and a virtual exhibit. It will be a new experience and it will be tough for us in Europe to juggle conference and family considering the timezone... but I really think it will be a lot of fun.

Update (Feb 11): A Free Virtual Conference

Nick Hodges in his blog points out the conference will be free!

Wow, this sounds amazing!

Is this a free event or will we need to mortgage our
houses? I need to know in advance so that I can
prepare the household ;)
