Another day at CodeRage6, but having real work to do I missed most sessions. Good replays are already online, as I was very interested in the series of RTTI sessions by Robert Love, since I think RTTI is the Delphi language revolution of the last few years.
Today Anders will cover DataSnap clients on iOS, and he already released an article covering this topic. Recommended reading if you really want to work on iOS... while waiting for the R&D team to improve the tooling.
Salef of my Discounted Handbooks Collections for CodeRage6 (http://bit.ly/qa5oEk) have been very good: USA sales were leading, but France jumped to first place (ny a few dollars) with a "company wide license". Brazil and Netherlands and very close for the third place. Lower in the rankings are Germany, Norway, Canada, Italy, South Africa, and Finland. Now I didn't think of a price, don't think I can discount sales to a specific country...
Debate on migrating code from VCL to FireMonkey is quite active. See again my post http://blog.marcocantu.com/blog/vcl2firemonkey.html with comments by both MonekyGroomer and Mida developers.
Finally, if I had little time yesterday it was also beacuse I did a lot on enhancements to my Relax framework, even temporarily breaking unit tests (ugh!). Will blog about this specifically in the coming week.
