If you used Delphi in 2013 and have a twitter account, you should vote the language in the Code 2013 context. Current vote status is available at code2013.herokuapp.com/.
To vote send a tweet with the hashtag #code2013 and add Delphi in the text message... along with other programming languages you have used. Simple as it is, let's make this more balanced, as most of the voters are web developers (see how low are Objective-C and C#, for example). Last year Delphi had 181 votes, let's try to match it at least, and beat it if possible.
