I've started my 5-days trip to Silicon Valley... I'm currently in Amsterdam (found a free wifi at the airport!), waiting for my flight to San Francisco. Tonight I'll stay in the city Financial District (I found out on Saturdays it is way cheaper to stay there than in the Fisherman's Wharf area). Following stops will be Mountain View (no, not Google, I'm only seeing a friend), Santa Cruz and Scotts Valley and other nearby locations. Well, I'm not really going to the core of Silicon Valley, but it is easy to imagine where I'm heading to...
I was thinking the other day this is my first visit to CodeGear, as in the past I've been to Borland and Inprise headquarters. Also, it has been a few years, probably since 2004. And I haven't been to the area since 2005 (that is, since before I started blogging). My most recent trips to the US, in fact, have been to Alabama (2006) and Washigton d.C. (2007). Hope I don't have to much hassle entering the US, this time. I'll let you know about the trip and show you pictures with friends...
