Embarcadero has just released an update of the Delphi help files. You can find more about the new content at http://docwiki.embarcadero.com/RADStudio/XE3/en/Readme_-_Help_Update_1_for_Delphi_and_C%2B%2BBuilder_XE3. Most of the new tutorials relate with LiveBindings and MetropolisUI. The help can be downloaded at https://downloads.embarcadero.com/Item/29134 (notice that it is rather large, at over 900 MB).
As you expand the downloaded ZIP file, an installer will guide you through the steps. Pick "Restore" to update the files, when asked. Notice that Delphi's about box will list the installed udpate, as a confirmation the process succeeded.
