FireMonkey Logo and Info (by Andreano)

Andreano Lanusse has posted on his blog some initial info about FireMonkey and what looks like the library logo.

Andreano Lanusse has posted on his blog some initial info about FireMonkey and what looks like the library logo. I've linked the logo from here (notice it is a tredemark by Embarcadero Technology):

There is also some limited information about this new library, like the fact visual controls can be nested and combined and that there is a style engine which seems to let you change the look and feel of an application rather radically. Andreano also mentions animations used to obtain graphcial effects. The screenshot on his blog also show some interesting components not natively found in the Delphi VCL, like a "callout panel".

From the supplied screenshot, it just look like the
former DXScene library, which has been acquired by
Embarcadero some months ago.
If you want more screenshots and info, take a look at
this web site: http://ksdev.blogspot.com/
