Fine Tune FM controls in XE5 Update 2

This is really a hidden gem from our IDE team, fine tune position and size of FireMonkey controls using the keyboard, like in the VCL.

This is really a hidden gem from our IDE team: You can now fine tune position and size of FireMonkey controls using the keyboard, like in the VCL. Not much to say or to show. Drop a component in a FireMonkey designer (desktop or mobile) and press:

Shift key + arrows to resize in pixel at a time
Ctrl key + arrows to move one pixel at a time

I know a simple and long requested addition, matching a VCL feature, but nice this now works.

Fantastic. Really missed that in XE4 and earlier 
versions of XE5.

Might have been wrong on this. I was told it was working in some earlier 
versions, and later broken... and now resurfaced. So it is actually a bug 
fix. Still, I guess many developers don't know this was ever introduced, 
so the value of the blog post remains...
