I've posted the source code of Essential Pascal on the book page at http://www.marcocantu.com/epascal/ (I'd rather not post the link it here in case I'll have to move it to a download site because of DOS attacks like I had in the past).
A few days ago I also found a nice online review about the new edition of Essential Pascal, written by "Dave the Delphi Hobbyist".
Meanwhile the book is slowly approaching 100 copies sold, not bad for a "foundations / starters" volume.
