There are now a few direct sales outlet for my book in Europe. I'm pretty sure there are more, these are those I've found or was notified. Notice taht it is quite odd that only Amazon US handles the book directly, considering that publishing and printing is managed by a company owned by Amazon:

- Amazon Germany has a similar deal at http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/ASIN/1450597262
- Amazon France has a third party selling the book at http://www.amazon.fr/exec/obidos/ASIN/1450597262
More interestingly there is a bookshop in Amsterdam having physical copies of the book (Computercollectief B.V. Amstel 312, 1017 AP Amsterdam, Nederland) and offering also online sales in the Netherlands at http://www.comcol.nl/detail/70947e.htm. Thanks to Lulu Kelly for letting me know.
Outside of Europe the book in on Amazon Canada (http://www.amazon.ca/exec/obidos/ASIN/1450597262) and Amazon Japan at (http://www.amazon.co.jp/exec/obidos/ASIN/1450597262). But I'm pretty sure you might have seen it elsewhere.
