CodeGear has recently released a new HotFix to Delphi 2006, HotFix 10. Actually thsi is a collection of fixes, numbered 10a to 10f, addressing many different areas of the product. You can get them from the Registered Users Download Page (which was not updated and still indicates the last fix as dated 9/21/2006) and moving to the actual protected download page. Here you have to get and install the HotFix Rollup download.

Nick Hodges has made available the readme file with the description of the new fixes, which address:

• bugs related to unicode characters and Korean characters
• many fixes related to the WSDL importer and SOAP support
  
• length limitations on search paths
• problems with the F1 key on the form designer
• COM\ActiveX menu items and wizards in the Professional version
