Embarcadero today has officially released the version 10.3 Rio Release 3 of RAD Studio, including Delphi and C++Builder
I've very happy to see the official release of Delphi 10.3.3, which is primareily focused on adding the Android 64-bit platform to the product, so you can publish again any application to the Google Play Store (also thanks to the new support for the Android App Bundle format).
You can find more information about this release at the following links:
There is already a small hotfix to improve the iOS dark mode support, avaialble at http://cc.embarcadero.com/item/30899

More important than the number of bugs you have fixed is the number of bugs that were not fixed. Still rising :-(

Dear Andy, the number of bugs fixed is growing significantly, if
you prefer to see the half empty glass, nothing we can do. The
Quality Portal data is online and you can see for yourself. We have
addressed over 1,800 reported issues this year. It is a very large
number.

Upgrading from 10.3.2 to 10.3.3. with ISO installer leaves me
without a BDS.exe :-(
Any known cure? (besides reinstalling the older version)

For any help file issue, please refer to the online docwiki, that has
always newer information.
if you don't have bds.exe please contact support. We have not seen
this, of course. Could be an anti-malware check or anything else on
the machine.

Nice getting Android64 before christmas :).
Do you still need the Dark theme patch if you install using Web Installer?

The dark theme patch adds the ability to reflect a switch of the OS
theme at run time, rather than at the application start. It is needed
regardless of the installer

Uninstalling and reinstalling 10.3.3 from ISO solved the BDS.exe issue for me.

For Andy, who keeps posting comments on growing bugs I'm not
approving (and not even using a full name), criticism is accepted,
but spamming on a single issue is not great. The number of bugs are
public, the fact we are not fixing all the reported bugs is so obvious
it is not even worth discussing. We are fixing a very large number of
bugs, that's all I have to say. I approved your first comment and
replied, that's done for me.

Can you please explain why don't you have Arabic support for
Android until now, is there a problem that preventing fmx to work
right-to-left languages??
Thanks

Ray,
sure I can explain. FireMonkey doesn't paint text directly to the
screen, but to a buffer caching images for text and then to screen.
For performance reasons. Now our approach has trouble with Right-
To-Left text. We are considering refactoring that subsystem, but not
an easy task.

Hi dear Marco.
Thanks for keeping Delphi alive and fast improving.
Have you ever considered to use libraries like "harfbaz" for built-in
and low-level text-shaping in FireMonkey which also serves and
supports correct and fine-tuned right-to-left text-shapers ?
And I'd like to know if it is possible technically based on current
FMX architecture ?
Amir.

The UI is totally broken on Windows 7. It locks up
when trying to do stuff.

Hi Marco,
many users have a big problem with the new Delphi 10.3.3 and
Android 64 bit apps, because we are getting "External Exception
1" (show 5/6 times and afterwards the app crashes). The same app
compiled with Android 32 bit works well on the same device.
Unfortunatelly also the debugger crashes with the new 10.3.3
compiler on Android 64bit, so the reason is not easy to find. We
think, it might have to do with the TInAppPurchase component.
Could you and your team please try to solve the problem very fast,
because I am myself now waiting since august to get my new apps
published in the play store and I am very angry meanwhile about
the time passing without getting my apps into the market ... Lately
I hoped to get them into the play store ready for the christmas
business (this year and not next year!)
Greetings from Germany

Rolf,
it looks like TInAppPurchase is the culprit. We have some internal
testing, but should have a solution shortly. This is tracked as
https://quality.embarcadero.com/browse/RSP-27228
