Handbook Note 54/113: Donate to FastMM4
Note 54 of 113 of Delphi 2007 Handbook
Note 54: If you download the full version of FastMM4 (but also if you use the one already in the Delphi IDE) you should consider making a donation to the author [Pierre le Riche], who built this terrific piece of software by investing a large amount of his time. Follow the instructions on the web site for details.
This blog post is part of my "113 Delphi 2007 Handbook Notes" blogging project, to promote my new Delphi book.

I agree with Dimitry. FastMM should become much more integrated with the IDE, have its own page in the project options where to set the desired defines. The IDE should also be able to catch its results and display them in a friendly way inside itself. That's also mean the Codegear should fund LaRiche also.Comment by Luigi D. Also don't forget to check out the GUI front end I wrote to interface with the include file for setting the various options. http://jedqc.blogspot.com/2007/07/new-fastmm4-options- interface.htmlComment by Jeremy North [http://www.jed-software.com] on December 10, 01:27

I'd done it last year. Yes, it is cool library! But it is not good that not too many programmers know about FastMM full functionality :( Full {$define FullDebugMode} is great. After my project stops I'm sure - there are no any memleak.Comment by Dimitry Timokhov [http://timokhov.blogspot.com] on December 8, 01:02
